We are looking for a strong character, who can use their own initiative and think on their feet. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven ability to work efficiently and on their own within a fast paced working environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however is not essential.

**Progression includes a pay rise to £16.500 pa after the 3 month probation period and another pay rise at the 6 month point to £17,000 pa dependant on performance and attendance**
Role Requirements / Responsibilities:
*First Point of contact for all customers to answer queries/provide information
*Answer and resolve telephone/email/written enquiries in a professional manner to the best of your ability
*Respond and action and customer enquiries fully and as soon as possible
*Build/maintain relationships with customers
*If research is required on the enquiry, use all available resources to respond
*Resolve complaints/queries as best as possible by investigating cause of issue, or escalate issues in prompt manner to team leader if necessary
*Completing individual call logs
*Maintain an excellent level of customer service when on the phones at all times
The ideal candidate:
*Customer Service experience (face to face or over the phone)
*Excellent telephone manner
*Prioritise and manage own workloads
*Dedicated and looking to develop within a growing organisation
*Good attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Saturday. (Flexible shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm) Core working hours are 9am - 5:30pm however you must be flexible to carry out shifts within the above timeframe if required eg. Late shifts to 8pm and Saturday shifts. You will receive a shift rota one month in advance to determine your hours.
