Are you looking for a new and rewarding role to start in 2018? We are expanding in Leek!

We are looking for a number of Customer Service Agents to join our growing Inbound Customer Service team, starting in October 2018.

You will be providing excellent customer service to pre-existing customers which will include answering general queries and making updates on the various systems as required.

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our friendly and established team in the heart of Leek.

Operational hours are 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 - 13:00 Saturday (You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern within these hours)

What you will do:

Working in our inbound call centre you will:

Provide a superb level of customer service

Operate effectively within a regulated department

Discuss features of customers' mortgages or insurance all within the documented processes

Your experience will include:

Experience of delivering exceptional customer experience

Experience of developing strong customer relationships

Confident in using multiple computer systems

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

A good level of numeracy skills

Experience within an Insurance or Mortgage background is preferred but not essential
