Salary - £23,000 DOE

My client is a multi-faceted automotive organisation that have been providing exceptional solutions to their clients for over 40 years, they are looking to grow their support function as they have gone through a significant growth pattern recently.

This is a role for an individual who has gained excellent Customer Service skills in an Automotive/ Motor Trade working environment.
Your day to day duties will be speaking with a network of Automotive Spares/ Parts companies to chase orders placed, you will also be making your customers aware of the expected waiting time that these Parts will take.

You will also be booking out Vehicle Engineers/ Technicians/ Mechanics to visit various client sites where the Fleet of Vehicles need work and repairs done.

Every duty that you do will be documented on their systems, so a good attention to detail is required, you will also need to be proficient in Microsoft products (Excel & Word).

Any experience of using an a motor trade specific CRM such as Kerridge would also be beneficial.
