Where do you fit in?
Due to this continued growth, we are looking for customer focussed and hard working individuals to join our customer service teams at our call centre in Chester. This role will involve taking verification calls from our customers in the Telecoms & Charity sector.

As a Customer Service Agent you will:
- Receive inbound order verifications & make outbound calls
- Respond to customer enquiries relating to - billing, payment plans, adding/removing services, upgrades, complaints etc..
You will need:
- Great communication skills
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- To be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK with no Visa requirements
- Previous call-centre experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
We are looking to place people immediately and will be interviewing applicants as soon as mid-January. We will be considering notice periods of up to 2 weeks for the right candidate, although preference will be given to applicants that can start immediately.
The hours for this job is on a rotation shift pattern; Monday - Friday 09:00 - 21:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:30
