Due to a rare vacancy we require a Customer Service Agent here at GFM to support our client’s needs, answering queries over the phone, email and live chat on behalf of designer outlet Brand Alley.
Our Customer Service team is absolutely key to supporting this brand, who pride themselves on first class service; you will be helping to solve their problems, giving advice and providing whatever support may be required.
Working in the Brand Alley department, you should be of a happy nature, someone who remains calm in the face of adversity and enjoys offering high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate ideally will have experience in one or more of the following areas,
1. Call Centres
2. Customer Service
3. Call Handling
4. Complaint resolution
However, more importantly you will be keen to develop excellent product knowledge and build on your inter-personal skills in order to provide outstanding service.
Working hours are on a flexible rota of 40 hours per week between the times of 09.00 - 19.00 Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 16.00 Saturday and 10.00 - 16.00 Sunday.
