We need excellent customer service advisors to work for one of our large clients based in Taunton, within walking distance of the town centre. Providing high end customer services as part of the Customer Contact Team and dealing with incoming enquiries by phone, email, text and post, as well as manning the reception desk and supporting customers face to face.
High levels of patience and understanding are needed as you may be dealing with issues of a sensitive nature including complaints.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include;
- Answering all incoming enquiries
- Providing suitable and relevant information to customers
- Transferring Customers to the relevant department if their enquiry can be better handled elsewhere
- Supporting other teams within the organisation
This role will be varied and challenging, every day is different.
In return you will receive an excellent hourly rate, 22 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) and the ability to accrue flexi time.
This is working on a temporary contract, currently until September 2018 with the possibility of being extended past this time.
