Customer Service Advisors / Telemarketing Advisors

This role starts on Wednesday 25th April

A Bristol based call centre are looking for some Customer Service Advisors / Telemarketing Advisors to work on a new project starting 25th April lasting 5-6 weeks. The Customer Service Advisors / Telemarketing Advisors will be contacting people involved in an initiative and checking they have all of the information they need. This is not a sales call and they will welcome your call.

The Customer Service Advisors / Telemarketing Advisors will be required to work either the 8:30-16:30 or 12:00-20:00 shift and this will rotate depending on the target audience, some people will be called at work and some at home and so the shifts will depend on the data. You will be asked to work a few Saturdays during the 5-6 week campaign 10:30-18:30 with a day off in the week should you want it.

The Customer Service Advisors / Telemarketing Advisors will need some call handling or customer service experience. The Customer Service Advisors / Telemarketing Advisors will ideally have call centre experience and will have good communication skills.

The Customer Service Advisors / Telemarketing Advisors hourly rate is £7.83ph.
