Customer Advisors

  • Location: Doncaster - Lakeside DN4
  • Salary: £8.53 per hour, weekly pay
  • Hours: Full time, rota based, Monday to Friday between 8am - 9pm, Saturday between 8am - 8pm, and Sunday 8am - 6pm
  • Training: 4 weeks 9 - 5.30 Monday to Friday, fully paid
  • Basis: temporary for 12 weeks, possibility of a permanent contract thereafter
  • Start date: Monday 14th May


We are looking to speak to customer service focused individuals to join a leading company based in Doncaster. The role itself will be inbound to cover almost all general areas of customer enquiries - landline, broadband, fibre & digital TV. Customer service, customer technical support and making the most of any upselling opportunities by letting customers know about other services/upgrades that may benefit them.

The Role

  • Handling inbound calls
  • Speaking to customers about their service, offering advice and suggesting additional services
  • Displaying great product knowledge and enthusiasm for your brand/company
  • Be able to take on board feedback and coaching, in order to develop your skills
  • Thrive in a targeted environment, meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Ensure accurate and timely data input into the appropriate systems
  • Explaining processes and procedures effectively to customers
  • Complying with all rules and regulations according the company and customer to ensure safe and effective communication
