We have an excellent opportunity for you to be part of a leading banking organisation. Our client The Co-operative Bank are looking to develop and expand customer contact centre teams to provide customers with an outstanding and exceptional customer service experience. We are looking for confident, positive and friendly candidates who are able to work well under pressure which key to being successful in this role.

The Role

  • Handling inbound calls from new & existing customers to assist with day to day banking

  • Ensuring that every customer has a positive outcome and the needs of customers have been fully met.

  • Supplying account information and processing requests i.e. standing orders, overdrafts, money transfers, appointment bookings etc.

  • General administration and data input.

Skills/Experience Needed

  • Previous call centre/customer service experience.

  • Empathetic, understanding and articulate.

  • Confident team player and the ability to confidentially work independently.

  • Good communication and listening skills.

  • Good PC skills and a confident and excellent telephone manner

Further Information

  • Successful candidates would have to be flexible to work and commute to full time rota from Monday to Sunday, flexible between the hours of 6am and 10pm

  • Full training provided – No time to be taken off during this period

  • You will be required to pass a credit check, a criminal records check
