Customer Service Advisers required'
Our client requires Customer Service Advisers are required to join a successful and expanding team.
This is an exciting new temporary to permanent opportunity based in the Chandlers Ford area.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be involved in answering inbound calls from customers, dealing with a variety of enquiries, and assisting with new customer enquiries and contracts. Excellent customer service skills are required
You will need to be available immediately and be able to work a 40 hour week between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, on a shift pattern. With the availability to work some weekends, (Saturday and Sundays) on occasions.
Below is an example of shift patterns - a complete 6 week rota will be provided so that you know 6 weeks in advance what your shift patterns will be (and have time to swap them if required).
8:00am - 5:00pm 9:00am - 6:00pm 10:00am - 7:00pm 11:00am - 8:00pm
This is an exciting time to join a nationally recognised company who pride themselves on excellent training and development.
For the first two weeks you will be in training from 8:00am - 17:00am Monday - Friday. This training will cover all basis of the role and is extremely thorough.
The role involves speaking to a high volume of customers from all walks of life so good communication and listening skills are essential.
These modern offices are easily accessible by public transport.
The pay rate for this role is £8.45 per hour.
