Calling All Coffee Lovers!!!
This multinational award-winning business with around 44,000 employees globally, is giving you opportunity to work on behalf of one of the leading, reputable coffee brands across the globe.
Taking inbound calls, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer service, validating memberships, reporting problems, placing orders or simply to talking to existing customers dealing with enquires.
The ideal candidate will have an interest and enjoy the taste of coffee, they must be an excellent communicator with a drive to deliver outstanding customer service.
Shift patterns available over 7days a week from 8am - 9pm. (The role involves working some weekends on a rota basis)
Paying £7.68 p/h
