Providing front line support in the Contact Centre to customers, using excellent written and verbal communication. Delivering an efficient, knowledgeable and effective service, providing first time call resolution to customers and clients.

Job Description:

  • Handling all enquiries from customers, aiming to resolve all enquiries at first point of contact
  • Taking ownership of all customer and client contact and resolutions
  • Maintain and enhance commitment to customer care and quality of service standards
  • Process customer and client information in accordance with processes and procedures
  • Updating records on the company database
  • Comply with the industry regulations in line with business requirements
  • Ensure accurate/up to date information is relayed to customer and clients
  • Take responsibility for own development through training and development initiatives
  • Support the Contact Centre with admin tasks occasionally

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre role
  • Capable of delivering excellent service in all call and email groups
  • An understanding of what great customer service looks and feels like
  • Understanding of the Treat Customers Fairly principle
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Very good organisation/time management skills

Additional Information:

  • Based in Leatherhead
  • £19,000 starting salary
  • Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5.30pm, 10am - 6pm
