Customer Service Advisors - RS
Do you enjoy customer service? Are you happy to work some evenings and weekends?
We are currently recruiting for RS Components in Corby and they are looking for Contact Centre Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department.
Start date mid July - this is an on-going role so wouldn't be suitable for students looking for summer work.
Hours are 30 - 37.50 hours per week dependant on workload this will be shifts.
Core opening hours are: Monday to Sunday 7am-10.30pm and you will be expected to work at least 1 in weekend in 4
Free tea and coffee and parking are provided
Your main duties to include:
* Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls.
* Identifying and ordering spare parts/ accessories.
* Cross selling where applicable
You will have the below skills/experience:
* Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written
* Be confident, and able to use own initiative
* Have a good attention to detail
* Be highly customer focused
* Be computer literate
* Be flexible
* Have a positive attitude
