We are currently recruiting Italian speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a new and exciting opportunity for a leading brand. Ideally with some Spanish.
This role will require the individual to utilise and converse in Italian to customers from across the world, you must be able to assist and resolve their queries in a positive upbeat manner, providing first class service whether over the telephone, webchat or email,
The Person : This would suit an individual who likes to juggle tasks using a variety of ways to communicate effectively.
This is a permanent opportunity involving shift work due to customers calling from different time zones, working 40 hours per week, we will also look at part time applicants .
