We are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisor's to work for a well-established company based in the Crewe area. The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide a great customer experience at every interaction with the customer, providing information and guidance over the telephone in order to service their needs.
Experience is desirable however full training will be given to the right candidates. You must be outgoing with a bubbly personality and a high degree of professionalism.
You will be taking Incoming telephone calls relating to Insurance claims from customers who have lost, stolen or damaged handsets for mobile phones
Adhere to all relevant process and procedures, including the full authentication of customers.
You will have the ability to build relationships, rapport and demonstrate empathy, whilst possessing solid questioning skills ensuring the best customer service experience is given.
Most importantly you will possess a customer First attitude.
