We are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisor roles for a nationally recognisable business with their head office based in the Hemel Hempstead area to assist with an increase in inbound enquiries. Initially starting on a temporary basis, there may be the possibility for candidates to secure a permanent role, subject to performance and availability.

The role will be a telephone based customer service position dealing with inbound calls, handling enquiries and providing an excellent level of service. You will be based in a great office space in a vibrant environment.

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (office, contact centre, retail or hospitality based)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Comfortable dealing with customers on the phone
  • Available to commence the assignment ASAP
  • Strong communication skills
