Accomplish Todays client is a privately-owned company providing payroll services to the UK contractor recruitment sector. Due to business expansion, we are looking to recruit a customer service professional. This is a full time, varied hybrid role involving a combination of customer service, compliance and administration.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and administration experience.
  • Confident telephone manner and good written communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately to deadlines and multi task when necessary.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Team player and able to establish effective working relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. excel, word etc. Excellent organisational skills & high attention to detail.
