Customer Service Advisor - Bradford (BD3)

Start date - ASAP

The role is based onsite.

The shifts will be 5 days a week always working 1 weekend day and shift times will be 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.

£8.91 per hour increasing to £10 per hour after 12 weeks 

We are happy to be working with a well known Company based on the edge of Bradford within their modern offices. This is where decisions are made from their corporate teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. There are comfy breakout areas, a coffee shop, and a subsidised restaurant on site so it really is a great environment to work in. 

The Role

Customer Service Advisors will be based on their promotional dept handling queries and complaints in regards to specific promotions. You will be responsible for dealing with queries and complaints over the phone.
You will be dealing with and investigating issues as well as general queries so problem solving skills are a must in this role. 

They are looking for friendly candidates who are able to support customers via email and over the phone, while being an ambassador for the Company. 

What are we looking for?

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work under pressure and within a fast paced environment.
  • You need to be well organised and have good IT skills.
