THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Loughborough. In this role you will be the main point of contact for all customers via email and telephone. You will be required to deal with order processing, handling enquiries and dealing with customer complaints in an efficient and friendly manner.

This is a permanent full time position

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Liaising with customers to keep them up to date with progress of orders
Answering customer queries and resolving of customer complaints
Confirm product codes and prices
Processing customer orders via the system
Produce and send invoices
Maintain and file relevant documentation
Supporting the Sales Manager with administration tasks
Processing customer samples
Producing sales reports when required

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Proven customer service experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Professional telephone manner
Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent administration skills
