Customer Service Executive

Our client are a leader in their market and due to the amazing year they have had, they are looking for a number of Customer Service Executives to support their customers

The Role;

  • To work in a warm and friendly environment
  • Answer and handle calls
  • Respond to customer emails
  • Resolving queries were possible and or passing to other senior members of the team


  • A minimum of 6 months customer service/call centre experience is essential for this position
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer Literate
