Baker Snell are working with an award-winning organisation looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to join their established company. Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Do you have a proven record of working in a professional service background? Duties include:

Handling customer queries on a first call resolution basis
Delivering first-class customer experience
Building an understanding of all of their products, processes and values
Maintaining a close and working relationship with all areas of the business
Being cross trained with the operations team to support as and when necessary

About you:

Previous experience working in a very busy customer service environment
Enjoy dealing with varied queries
Operate at a high level of productivity
You will have an empathetic manner, excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
A team player happy working with others
