SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Coventry to recruit a Customer Service Advisor in to the team
Permanent - Will also consider Part Time hours
Salary £18,000
Key Objectives
- Provide excellent customer service (across all business channels) to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
- Efficient processing of all orders and telephone calls across all business channels
Job Specification
- Handling external calls from customers across all business channels (including distributors and members of the public)
- Responding to internal and external emails.
- Processing payments for mail order customers
- Processing customer orders on SAP.
- Raising invoices/credits.
- Ensuring all customer contact is up to date daily on Salesforce. Database management, discrepancy reports, sample & catalogue request databases
- Sending out sample requests as required
- Upselling. Updating customers of offers and special discounts. Contacting lapsed customers (clients that have not ordered for 6 months).
- Booking in large orders for delivery.
- Any additional tasks when required as per the business requirements.
