You don't need to have retail customer service experience to be successful in this role. All we ask is that you have worked in customer services and have a passion for it.

We're on the look-out for customer services advisors to join this leading employer in Birkenhead. They are ramping up for Christmas to meet the increased demand for retail customers who are shopping more online.

As a customer service advisor, you'll be working on behalf of some big names in retail and will be able to benefit from weekly pay, regular shifts and free parking.

You don't need tonnes of experience either. All we ask is that you have some experience with customers and have a passion for people.

What's involved?

You'll be taking calls from customers and handling a wide range of different queries, from processing orders to dealing with issues. You'll be providing customers with advice and updating their details on the system. Mostly it's about creating a positive experience and making sure the customer ends the call with what they needed.

You'll be working 40 hours a week and need to be flexible to work between 7am and 11pm on a rota basis.

What you'll need
  • You'll be customer focused and enjoy the interaction with people
  • Some customer service experience but call centre experience isn't essential as full training is provided
  • You'll know your way around a PC so you can update the systems
