Customer Services Assistant, £16-17k Immediate starts available !
Due to expansion we are looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors to work for a well-established and growing company in Kettering.
This opportunity is a permanent role, where you will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers and clients over the phone.
So as the Customer Services Advisor what will you be doing ?
To be successful in this customer service role you will have had previous or current experience working with customers either face to face or over the phone. You will enjoy helping customers and have a passion for delivering excellent service.
This customer service role offers opportunities to develop your career and work your way up through the business into various sectors should you wish.
Offering Monday to Friday working hours, shifts between 8am-6:30pm, paying between £16,000-£17,000 per annum.
Interviews will be held via video link and we can offer both immediate and notice period start dates. With the current climate we are also able to offer a potential work from home and office balance, however this is subject to change.
