Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Burgess Hill
Salary: £12-£15 per hour depending on experience
Full time, 7.5 hours per day
Shifts: 9am-5:30pm or 7am-3:30pm (the exact hours each week would be agreed in advance)
3-6 months temporary contract
Start date: 1st October 2020
Our client based in Burgess Hill is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to provide customer support for the Point of Care Covid-19 testing over the telephone and by email.
- Handling incoming calls from patients
- Contacting patients by telephone and email
- Helping patients with queries regarding testing
- Escalating patients queries to senior management
- Updating the relevant IT software
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confident telephone manner
- Team player
