Customer Service Advisor

Open Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5pm

and 10am to 4pm on Sundays

37.5 hours per week ( 5 day a week based on a rota system) with 2 scheduled days of depending on rota

Salary 18K to 22K depending on level of experience

Part time hours are also available from 8.30am to 2pm (if preferred due to childcare)

This customer specialises in outdoor leisure furniture and also supply seasonal products to cater for all seasons as they are in the Retail industry which means stock can be seasonal and products will change to reflect the time of year.

This is a well established company whose business is currently thriving and expanding and growing from strength the strength. We are only interested in candidates that have a lot of drive and ambition and are looking to build a career.

We receives over 400/600 calls a day in our peak season along with 400/600+ emails per day,

both of which are to be responded to in a timely and efficient manner.

We also provide a Live Chat Service which also receives around 400 chats per day.

The service we provide is critical in representing the image we are striving to achieve.

Customers will call you with an enquiry or issue and they are to receive a warm and welcoming friendly voice.

Who is both well spoken and intent on dealing with the customer in a timely and efficient manner with the main goal to leave a lasting impression on us after a successful resolution has been met.

You will need to have a positive attitude in handling queries and complaints.

Whether a customer calls to request product information, place an order or make a complaint,

the advisor must advise, accurate information and listen intently to carry out the customers request.

Having patience and the desire to help our customers will put you in a healthy position to succeed.

You must be able to manage all various tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner

using our in-house CRM system. Which you will be provided with full training.

A quick learner is critical to this role.
