My client is looking for a proactive customer service executive who also enjoys administration.
The role, is to assist with the day to day running of the Member Services Team delivering high quality service across quotes, policy administration, claims and renewals.
Producing quotations for all product lines
Loading new business on to the system
Dealing with membership & policy amendments postenrolment
Calculating, sending and processing renewals
Assist in pricing negotiations on quotations and renewals
Ad-hoc administration tasks such as scanning
documentation or franking post.
Customer service experience preferable but not essential
Numeracy and literacy skills essential.
Use of concise, clear and appropriate language
Listening and responding effectively
Able to build rapport and successful relationships
Empathetic; able to identify, understand and respond to
Pro-active approach and 'can-
