You will be maintaining the exceptional level of customer service this company offer. You will administering new contracts to their system and speaking with customers to ensure a smooth and easy start up is had. You will support customers with training needs and make sure they have all information required. You will be coordinating between teams to make sure each team is where they need to be in the customer journey.
You must be a clear communicator, confident in speaking with colleagues and clients. Experience in a similar role, used to a busy environment, working with high volume and have good customer service. You must also have a desire to want to help and support customers.
