The Job of a Customer Service Advisor
Our Customer Service Advisors are simply that! This means there is NO COLD CALLING OR SALES involved. No pressure on you and no pressure on the Customer.
Our Contact Centre is fast paced and exciting with lots of opportunity to make an incredible difference and apply your expertise and skills. Whilst working in a faced paced environment there is a family feel and buzz that comes from being involved in one of the fastest growing Accident Repair business’s around.
We want you to be able to demonstrate a passion for helping customer through a difficult journey in their lives. Imagine what it’s like when you have had a road vehicle accident – the trauma and inconvenience can really take its toll on our customers. This is where a drive to deliver great service and a sympathetic approach would be key. We are here to put the customer at ease to ensure their journey runs as smooth as possible.
That’s where your passionate and sympathetic Customer Service skills come in. You will be able to empathise fully with the customer and provide expert advice and guidance through their difficult journey with us. You will be there to ensure they get the best possible service possible.
