We are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £19,396 - £22,713 per annum.
About the Customer Service Advisor role:
The Customer Service team are a vital service within Halton Housing, being our front face for our tenants. This team is responsible for providing an excellent service not only upholds our values but also contributes strongly in our mission to Improve People’s lives. The team are passionate about trying to resolve issues at on a ‘right first time’ basis and where that is not possible working closely with the rest of the business to provide reassurance to our customers and instil confidence that any problems will be dealt with efficiently.
What will you be doing as our Customer Service Advisor?
Customer Services Team Advisors are responsible for providing an effective and efficient Customer Contact experience, aiming to resolve customer’s enquiries at first point of contact. Services provided by the team include:(but are not limited to) repairs, investment, defects, rent payments, complaints, compliments, formal enquiries, landscaping, home contents insurance, lettings and neighbourhood enquiries. As such our CSA’s have strong working relationships throughout the business.
Our ideal Customer Service Advisor will possess the below skills and experience:
- Experience of dealing with customer enquiries preferably in a similar role.
- Demonstrable skills in interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a wide range of groups and individuals, in particular customers.
- Practical experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Experience of working in the housing sector would be a strong advantage.
