Office Angels are working with a high profile client based in Milton Keynes that require a full time Customer Care Advisor to join their busy team.
The client works with distributing a number of the world's best leisure brands and developing market-leading products across a multitude of sporting disciplines.
We expect the candidate to be computer literate, have some experience of working in a team and dealing with customers both over the phone and via email.
The job role includes:
- Answering customer queries and complaints
- Investigating missing or short deliveries
- Crediting or invoicing incorrectly charged orders
- Opening new accounts
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff
- Processing orders
- Amending on invoices
- Arranging Good Stock Returns
The working ours for this role is Monday to Friday 09:00 -17.15
As the customer care adviser you will answering front line service calls, resolving customer queries and providing high quality customer service to the client's customers. This role will also facilitate the relationship between their clients and external partners.
