Customer Service Advisor
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - hours between 8.30am - 5.30pm
32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus 1 additional carrot day if no sickness in a year
This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who has previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre / call centre / high volume inbound call environment and is looking for their next career move within a highly successful company who offer an excellent benefits package and friendly work environment.

The duties for this Customer Service Advisor role will include but not be limited to:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis
- Liaising with both new and existing customers
- Setting up accounts and taking customer payments (one offs and setting up direct debits)
- Responding to customer emails
- Updating the in-house CRM
- Providing ad hoc admin support
