Insight Employment are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors to work for a client of ours in Milton Keynes to start in the New Year.

Requirements

·Previous Customer Service experience

·Strong communication & administrative skills

·Professional telephone manner

·Attention to details

·Ability to work pressure

·Empathy & rapport skills

·Computer literate

This is a temp to perm position to a suitable candidate.

Hours

Monday - Friday office hours 08:30 - 17:30 or 09:00 - 18:00

Salary

Between 15,000 - 17,000 per annum
