We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will assist customers in a phone-based role. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and answer their queries in a timely and efficient manner. 


You'll work in the picturesque town of Thame as part of a thriving technology company who want to invest in your career. 


Salary:             £19,500 + monthly bonus 


Benefits:          Regular socials, Life Assurance, BUPA private medical, Charity voluntary day, 5% pension contribution, 23 days holiday increasing to 25 after 5 years, food vans at lunch including the occasional pancake truck and more! 


Shifts:              38.5 hours a week Monday – Friday with optional weekend/bank holiday work with additional pay/time off in lieu. 


Location:         Thame, Oxfordshire 


We’re looking for someone who is positive, proactive, collaborative … and great on the phone! 


You will have previous experience speaking to customers, ideally in a call-centre environment but we are open to all applications from service, retail or hospitality.
