My client, a leading Housing Association, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to start a twelve month fixed term contract based in their central London Head Office.

There are both full time and part time (20 hours) opportunities.

Working as part of a team within a multi-channel customer service centre you will deal with a full range of tenants enquiries including tenancy management (transfers, rehousing, ASB, mutual exchange), repairs/maintenance, rent income and community investment.

Successful applicants will have previous experience of delivering a first class service to tenants within a social housing setting. You will utilise your housing knowledge to successful resolve queries at first point of contact in an effective and courteous manner.

Full time role, 35 hours per week. Part Time 10am - 2pm daily (20 hours)
