At Cabernet Marketing we’re looking for people with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service or sales! We offer in-house training workshops and on-site guidance to provide you with the customer service knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be out and about interacting with the public at pre-organised events to promote our clients’ services, success stories and current missions. You’ll be answering customer’s questions and taking details from interested participants. This helps our clients increase brand awareness and market share in a targeted area.

About Us:

Cabernet Marketing is a fairly established event marketing company founded by a director that learned client representation, sales, team leadership and development, recruitment, client relations and business management. Our primary goal is to exceed our client’s expectations in the coming weeks before the end of the year, and continue to grow our team so we can diversify our client portfolio and begin to expand into several other UK cities over the next 2 years.

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

In order to represent our clients, you’ll need to be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work as self-employed in the UK. Full time availability is ideal since the more you put in, the more you get out as initial earnings commission only. A solid work ethic, strong communication skills and professional image will greatly increase your chance of success.

Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Hospitality or other Customer-Focused work experience is also a big plus!
