Salary: £17,202 -£19,113 p/a + £500 flexible allowance + Bonus
Hours of work: Permanent. Annualised hours 1827 per annum between the hours of :
Mon - Fri 8.00am - 9.00pm
Sat - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Sun - 10.00am - 3.00pm
As a representative for Santander bank, you will be working as part of the collections team dealing with calls from our customers who are experiencing financial difficulties. These customers are at the heart of everything the business does so, as an individual you will need to be a confident communicator who is customer focused and able to use own initiative to help our customers reach the best solutions for them. Your core purpose is to help customers get their financial wellbeing back on track.
Customer Focused Mindset:
As an ambassador for the bank you will work alongside your team members to provide an exceptional level of service, assist customers and offer solutions. You will have a customer focused mind-set and be a confident communicator. Ideally, you will have worked in a contact centre environment and have the ability to demonstrate a skill set of professionalism, empathy and understanding, which along with our bespoke training, and ongoing coaching and development will make sure you’re well prepared to be the best.
