Customer Service Advisor (Full-time) - £17,500pa plus benefits

Start Date - 9th September 2019

Shifts - Mon-Sun - 6am - 2:30pm

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for a global company based in Edinburgh to support a financial services client.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting customers of famous brands and services companies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver award winning customer service via the telephone, email and social media channels. Via inbound calls and emails.

Candidate Requirements:

  • All applicants must have right to work in UK
  • Your Customer Service Skills are important as well as a positive, friendly attitude with a strong desire to help people.
  • Fluent in English language
  • Ability to communicate, with accuracy and clarity both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week on 5 day shift patterns between Monday - Sunday.
  • Previous experience of Microsoft and Excel software would be an advantage.
