We are working with a leading fashion retailer on the outskirts of Leeds who are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor! This role is based in a busy and fun Customer Service team where you will be handling incoming calls from customers, processing orders over the telephone and managing delivery enquiries.

The skills we're looking for are;

  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and dynamic approach

To be considered for this role as the Customer Service Advisor you will have previous Customer Service experience from any of the below roles;

  • Call centre / telephone based role
  • Sales roles
  • Hospitality / catering (waiter/bar roles)
  • Retail / shops
