This is an excellent opportunity to join a national organisation. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their home services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising installations, servicing and repairs
  • Arranging engineers call outs and planning diaries and travel patterns
  • Collecting feedback from customers after work has been completed
  • Providing help to customers pre-service visit to resolve basic technical or set-up issues
  • Updating current software with customer details and relevant job type
  • Show commitment to ongoing improvement and development.

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task and handle a number of projects at one time
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
