- Organising installations, servicing and repairs
- Arranging engineers call outs and planning diaries and travel patterns
- Collecting feedback from customers after work has been completed
- Providing help to customers pre-service visit to resolve basic technical or set-up issues
- Updating current software with customer details and relevant job type
- Show commitment to ongoing improvement and development.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task and handle a number of projects at one time
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
