Working for a trade company in Gatwick.


The responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Outbound customer service calls from the database
  • Updating customer information
  • Working closely with the sales team


The successful candidate will have the following skills or experience:

  • Previous experience in outbound customer service
  • A "can-do" attitude
  • Positive persona
  • Professional and pleasant phone manner
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Previous use of Salesform CRM desirable but not essential
