Have you got 5 GCSEs Grade A - C? Can you confidently communicate over the phone in writing? Do you have excellent IT skills?

Our client is looking for a confident customer service advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have adequate customer service experience and have a strong administrative background. You will need to be a confident communicator verbally and in writing.

Daily duties will include -

Customer queries on the phone and via email

Complaint handling

General administrative duties
