Salary: £8.31 per hour x 40hrs
Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm - Monday - Sunday

- Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Responding to emails daily
- Ensuring all customer needs are satisfied
- Delivering remarkable customer service
- Following company systems & procedures
- Ensuring you provide resolutions for all situations
- Strong communications skills
- Energy sector experience desirable
- Excellent IT/Keyboard skills
- Experience in a customer centric environment
- Experience setting yourself goals
- Good numeracy & literacy skills
- Great time management
- Great attention to detail
