Role: Customer Service Advisor
Type: Full-time, Temporary on going
Salary: £8.31 per hour x 40hrs
Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm - Monday - Sunday
Location: Washington
Time scale: ASAP Hire

Pin Point Recruitment are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a leading communication & customer service organisation. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator & put customer satisfaction at the forefront of every task.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Responding to emails daily
  • Ensuring all customer needs are satisfied
  • Delivering remarkable customer service
  • Following company systems & procedures
  • Ensuring you provide resolutions for all situations

Person Specification:

  • Strong communications skills
  • Energy sector experience desirable
  • Excellent IT/Keyboard skills
  • Experience in a customer centric environment
  • Experience setting yourself goals
  • Good numeracy & literacy skills
  • Great time management
  • Great attention to detail
