Macildowie are excited to be partnering with a Well-known business in Ilkeston to recruit compassionate Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.
To provide telephone and e-mail support, giving product information and advice.
Process trade and retail stock orders.
Create Retail Customer Accounts and take card payments.
Process Made to Measure Orders and liaise with customers to resolve queries and omissions.
Following successful completion of training, process GP and Nurse Prescriptions for compression garments and accessories.
Liaise with customers to resolve general queries.
Process and resolve product returns and complaints.
Enthusiastically participate in pro-active sales promotions and cross-selling.
Engage in staff training.
To comply with the company Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance Policies and all other relevant regulations.
Completion of additional duties which may be required due to future growth and changes in technology, systems and regulations.
Accuracy / Attention to Detail
Product information to the Company's customers and to assist them in placing accurate orders either by phone, fax or internet resolving order queries, complaints and returns.
Process these orders on to the system so that they may be dispatched by the warehouse team.
Starting salary £18,000 increases after 6 months and 1 year.
Auto enrol to pension Company

Bonus eligible after 6 months
Full time 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch
