Customer Service Advisor
My client is looking for experienced customer focused and progression hungry individuals for their new Customer Service Advisor role based in Stockport. They have an outstanding reputation within their field and are now looking to recruit the best customer service advisors to enhance their company.
The customer service advisor role will involve speaking to existing customers, who are ringing up with issues and enquires. You will be the first point of contact for the customer so it is essential that you build rapport and provide excellent customer service for each and every call. There would be an element of technical support involved in the role but don't worry they have a three weeks product training programme, fully paid.
Key Skills for the Customer Service Advisor
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent customer rapport skills, with clear communication skills
- Ability to use positive language
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- A confident positive attitude
