I am working with a global fleet management company helping them recruit for their busy call centre. Although they are a global organisation they are also a family run business and value their staff which is often shown in the training and incentives offered. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service focussed call handler to join a great team when everyone can be recognised for excelling at their job.
We are looking for people that have experience in an incoming call centre environment who thrive on providing excellent customer service. The nature of the job means that you will be constantly on the phone talking to customers and arranging maintenance on their vehicles. You may be the first point of contact for people after an accident so you will need to have an empathetic approach and be able to quickly build rapport. The successful customer service advisor will need to have excellent questioning and listening skills with a positive, confident and approachable style. This role will require you to work a Saturday morning each month with the hours being taken out of your normal week.
- Inbound call centre experience
- Able to use Microsoft Office suite
- Good listening skill
- Professional telephone manner
