Our client, a successful manufacture based in Portbury Dock, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The main focus for this position is to be a key contact for customers and the sales team managing the order process from start to finish.
- Processing orders correctly and first time
- Answering customer enquiries and liaising with internal departments
- Working closely with the sales team regarding orders and ensuring they are kept updated regarding customer orders
- Upselling company products
- Managing orders and supply patterns
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience and CRM experience but not essential.

In return our client is offering a salary of £18,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, 39 hours per week Monday to Friday and free onsite parking.
