Based in central Peterborough, my client is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Advisor. This is a full time and permanent role working within the IT sector.

The successful applicant will be responsible for working directly with business customers, managing and resolving any incoming enquiries. You will liaise with customers via telephone, email and live chat facilities.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential. This is a fast-paced role where you will be required to juggle multiple tasks at any one time. We are seeking a strong communicator who is able to think on their feet and liaise effectively with other key areas of the business.

Alongside the customer support responsibilities, you will also be tasked with managing a technical resource centre. This will involve updating various self-guide manuals and tutorial videos.

Due to the technical requirements within this role, knowledge of SQL would be useful but is not essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage customer enquiries
  • Provide first contact resolution where possible
  • Raise and update individual cases, accurately recording key data
  • Liaise and communicate with internal teams
  • Write, edit and revise training manuals/videos
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction upon the closer of each case

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business. Support and training will be provided but we are seeking a self-starter who is keen to hit the ground running.
