Your new role
Hays are currently working with a large customer service organisation in the Hull city centre to recruit full time customer service advisors. These roles will involve answering inbound customer queries in a quick and efficient way, ensuring that professionalism is adhered to at all times. The roles will involve answering any type of customer enquiry, from providing information, booking appointments, taking payments to dealing with customer complaints etc.
The company provides a 2-week intensive training period - please note this is full time (9am-6pm)
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a customer service environment previously. Ideally within a telephone based role. You must be IT literate and competent with email correspondence. The ability to pick up new systems quickly is essential. You will be committed with excellent problem-solving skills.

Temporary - permanent roles will be offered to candidates that prove themselves.
