A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Customer Service Advisor to work for a well established company who offers a warm and friendly environment. As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for checking jobs are being completed within a timely manner along with keeping the jobs records up to date.

Job Description:

  • Making outbound calls to contractors finding out information on jobs they are assigned to
  • Finding out when they attended client site, what work was carried out and when the job was complete
  • Must be able to objection handle as contractors will want to send an email however info must be taken over the telephone and the system updated

Candidate Requirements:

  • Client focused
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Highly organised
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Warm and personable nature

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: £8.75 per hour
